Dizziness is cause when the fluid in our ears is moving around, giving us the feeling of motion, but we are not moving. So our eyes tell the brain we’re not moving but the ears tell the brain we are… the brain gets confused and that’s dizziness.
When you turn, the fluid in yor ear stays still, and your ear feels that and tells your brain you’ve turned. But if you keeps turning eventually the fluid catches up and it no longer feels like spinning. That’s why we don’t feel dizzy with the Earth spinning.
When you stop spinning the fluid continues moving…
The Earth only turns once a day, so even if it stopped, you still wouldn’t feel dizzy!
