• Question: do sleep talkers usually talk about there dream or just about there brain ?

      Not usually, because the coordination with the speech centre in the brain isn’t good enough for the words to come out right… they might be trying to talk about what’s in their dream, but the words come out wrong, like somebody who’s had a stroke.

      Sleep talkers tend to talk about anything. Sometime you can have a conversation with someone when they are sleeping and it can go on for ages! Other times, they will speak gobbledygook!! The activity of the brain and the interactions of the brain are lower and so their isn’t normal talking and chatting. Sometimes people can speak out during their dreams especially in their is a really big emotion like happiness or being scared.
