      Thanks Lily. Good question. Yes it does. The amount of sleep we get affects how tired we are and can change how we react to situations. Lack of sleep will make us more emotional and will also lead to us not being able to pay proper attention. We are more likely to be a bit more naughty and irritable too. Sleeping helps to make memories and to keep us rested, so without sleep our brains are still clogged up with what happened yesterday.
