• Question: How did pluto become a dry planet?

      Pluto is an ice planet… made of ice and rock. It’s ice because it’s so far from the sun that it’s really cold, and most gases are ice at that temperature.

      The Sun isn’t mates with pluto, so pluto was shunned to the furthest point from it!! Haha. Basically pluto doesn’t get enough light, energy, heat for there to be oceans!
