• Question: If another planet is created in our solar system is it likely that it would mess up the rotations of other planets or collide with them ?

Maybe, depending on how massive it is and how close it is to the planets that already exist. If it is massive and close enough it could change the orbits of the planets, but not their spin rates. That is, they would be either closer or further from the Sun. On the other hand, it would be unlikely they would collide directly with another planet given that there is so much space in the solar system.
