      My current work is helping other scientists to do mass spectrometry. I’m doing this because I discovered I like helping others more than I like doing my own research… BUT I have written a lot of computer software that helps with mass spec, and this make me very good at my job now.

      Lots of work done of sleep in other genetic syndromes have helped me to work out how I will look at sleep in 22q11.2 deletion syndrome. There aren’t many people in the UK who work on sleep so I have got to try and be one of the first!!
