• Question: What happens if your brain stops working?

      Well, there is not much one can do if our brain stops working completely. Sometimes machines can keep our bodies alive even our brains are dead. They are called ventilator and they make your heart pump oxygen to your body to keep your organs alive. But it is not the sort of life anyone would want because techcnically you would be like a vegetable, not being able to tell whats going on around you etc… This is also called brain stem death and there is no remaining activity in the whole of your brain.

      However we also can experience low activity or a reduction in our brain’s activity due to several reasons and we might say things like “Omg, my brain is dead “, the fact that we can form that sentence tells us our brain is very alive:) But these might be due to not getting enough sleep or being stressed about sth or several other things…The list goes on 🙂
