      At the moment the average life expectanc y in the UK is 81.5 years. For females it’s 83 and males 79. UK ranks 20th in the world for life expectancy.

      Every year we develop more medicines and the UK produces more money, we might be able to live longer and longer. Back when my mum was younger the life expectancy for everyone was a lot less, around 70 years old.
