It can be a lot of different reasons! Sometimes people sleep with their mouths open either because they need to have a big opening to help them breathe or maybe it is something they have learnt to do. This makes them at more risk of dribbling! If your mouth is open whilst you are sleeping, all the saliva inside your mouth can drip out of it!!!
it’s either because their mouths are open or their lips aren’t sealed properly. You still make the saliva needed to keep your mouth moist when you’re asleep. But if the saliva drips out of your mouth, you have to make more… so the more it dribbles out, the more you make!
It depends on how you sleep most of the time. But sometimes in children, it can be a sign for worms living in your tummy. Usually the saliva would have a yellowish color and stink a bit. 🙂 so, gotta watch for the worms:)

I used to when I was little:) now, I don’t 🙂 I guess I somehow mastered the art of closing my mouth when I am asleep, as I grew up:)
