I study sleep because at the moment, so little is known about! For instance, we don’t really know exactly why we sleep! We only have theories about this! We need to understand more about why we sleep! I am also fascinated about what happens to our brains when we sleep. Why do we need sleep to make long term memories? Why do we have to sleep for a certain amount of time? There are lots of questions which make me really excited and motivated to find out more. I also know, that when someone has a problem with sleep, it makes a big difference on their life and can make them ill. Understanding how to make their sleep better can make a big difference to people! This is a lovely question to answer – you get to see how enthusiastic I am!!
