• Question: would we survive if we had no sleep?

      yes and no. we need sleep, both for our body, but espiecially for our brains. some people survive on very little sleep, and some on none at all, but they are not vevry healthy because of it.

      We wouldn’t survive if we never ever slept. We need sleep. We need sleep to function properly. Four our brains to work and our bodies. What happens without sleep is bad, but that is a lot of sleep that needs to be lacking. The longest someone ever went without sleep was 11 days and after sleeping 24 hours he was fine! He did experience extreme tiredness, loss of concentration and started seeing things that weren’t there! Sleep is really important.
