I am a professor of astrophysics at the University of Nottingham. This means that I have many duties, but the one I like the most is research. I use the Hubble Space Telescope to study the early universe and the galaxies that existed back then. I also teach quite often and travel quite a bit. My work has taken me around the world, including many mountain tops for observational work with some of the worlds biggest telescopes.
