      It depends on what type of climate change you’re talking about. The small changes that we thank are from the greenhouse effect can have a big impact on rising sea-levels which can have a knock on effect on the land by erroding some areas, and cooling shallow volcanic areas quicker.

      But the bigger changes come from the behaviopur of the sun. This could cause a warm period (like the Romans had) or an ice age. An ice age would mean ice-sheets carving through the landscape and changing it considerably.
