• Question: How can you persuade people that the entire universe that we see came from a single point/ big bang? What was before?

      Maths is the only way to persuade people…
      There was nothing before…

      These are concepts I find very hard to think about…. so in general I don’t. And I don’t try to persuade people of them either…

      Oh great question. Do we need to persuade everyone? If you want to though you get a really really clever physicist with lots of equations. They will tell you all about the maths. Then you get someone that can talk about the theory. We don’t think there was anything before which is really cool but also really mind blowing. How was there nothing!?
