• Question: What causes nosebleeds?

      The nose has many many tiny bloodvessel inside, and not much to protect them… you can get nosebleeds if you blood pressure is too high, if the inside of the nose becomes irritated, if you have a cold, if you get a hard bogie, or through injury.

      Many things cause nose bleeds. It is to do with little vessels inside your nose getting damaged. If the pressure is high, if someone hits you!! If there is damaged to the vessels it can cause them to break and bleed a bit. Sometimes when people climb mountains, there is less air and higher pressure so it can cause nose bleeds. I bet Bear Grylls gets loads of nose bleeds.
