Question: what side do most do most people sleep in?

Exciting question! I don’t know exactly what side most people sleep. It would be cool to do a study on lots and lots of people and find out what side they sleep on. Maybe we can do a big study with children and then with adults, see what side is the preference. Maybe, we could start asking parents too and see if they are different from their children. That is the only way we would find out!
